After Sales - Area Manager (Automotive)

Our client’s company is a well-known multinational automotive manufacturer. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of After Sales - Area Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the company window person to make business deals with dealers by engaging in all kinds of communication, and coordination in connection with the fore mentioned service operation.
• Providing business coaching over dealer service operations to achieve the “Value Chain Concept” as the goal of the company.
• Assisting in the implementation, promotion, and administration of company direction such as Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Service Standards, Diamond Concept, Warranty, Master Level Training, etc.
• Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the result of service and parts operation then feedback to dealer owner and Service Manager.
• Visiting to cultivate a good relationship with dealers by providing sufficient data, and information to build a strong dealer’s service operations.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality, Male or Female; Age 33 - 40 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in After Sales, Marketing, in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Having a customer service attitude, sense of responsibility, and self-motivator.
• Business, analytical and financial skills.
• Good in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of English and Computer literacy.
• Able to travel to Upcountry
