Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet individual and team goals.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities, assess competition, and develop plans to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, products, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to make informed decisions on inventory and sales projections.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
  • Ability to travel within the designated area.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
