Our client is a specialized manufacturer of precision balls (Ceramic Balls).

Job Description
Sales           

  • Being responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s customer accounts i.e. sales volume, profitability, service level, etc.
  • Being aggressive market by Sales Calls and visiting customers for potential customers to gain new business. 
  • Existing Clients Engagement.                               
  • Monitoring and responding to changing service level requirements as customer's requirements.
  • Providing details of sales data to the system (e.g. customer/ sales/ credit notes / Quotation, etc.,)
  • Ensuring completing all sales paperwork. 

Marketing & Service Level

  • Developing sales and marketing strategies and policies related to the Asia Sales Strategy.
  • Acting as the company window person with customers by engaging in all kinds of communication and coordination in connection with all Sales and Customer Service operations.
  • Working closely with the Asia Global team to make sales strategies for Asia growth.                 

Report                                             

  • Producing and distributing system reports/printouts (e.g. sales report, forecast report).
  • Reporting stock for some potential customers.               
  • Handling AR overdue reports and following the payment.     
  • Handling commission reports for Distributors to a/c.       

Problems Solving                              

  • Ensuring that problems arising/reported are promptly investigated and resolved e.g. customer complaints.         
  • Participating in problem-solving activities where necessary.

Coaching Team                                 

  • Coaching team to carry out duties following published departmental Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.     
  • Leading, suggesting, and motivating the sales team.         
  • Carrying out staff performance reviews.                     
  • Developing and leading an effective team, effectively communicating, and knowing products and services.                   
  • Conducting monthly team meetings to deliver key communications and build team spirit, also sharing important information.                                                         

Others                                        

  • Monitoring customer's stock levels and usage for potential customers.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing & Customer Service. Practical sales experience or sales management experience.
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Negotiation strategy with customers dealing with a deep understanding of International industrial standards/norms and Automotive
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. Japanese is preferable.
