BOSC Plant Finance Enterprise Manager - CPS - APAC Thailand (283280)

The Accounting and Finance Senior Supervisor will lead a team of accounting and finance supervisors, accountants and other indirect staff to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of day to day accounting activities. In this role, you will contribute to establishing and maintaining accounting policies and fiscal controls, as well as prepare financial reports and safeguard the organization's assets.

• Execute moderately complex accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day accounting operations required to support the business.
• Coordinate accounting processes that are executed by other accountants.
• Apply substantial understanding of accounting practices and procedures to guide direct reports on creating technical accounting report packages.
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

• Two years of supervisory experience
