Our client is a leading cast acrylic sheet and other extruded plastic sheet producer in Thailand.

Job Description

  • Handling the order-receiving process, providing insights into future volume forecasts, and managing a team to provide excellent services to all our customers both domestic & overseas.
  • Leading and managing the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Working closely with the warehouse & logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products to the customers.
  • Collaborating with the procurement department to ensure delivery from suppliers based on customers' delivery plans.
  • Ensuring the monthly orders from customers are consolidated to match the factory capacity and received correctly based on the order process.
  • Developing strong relationships with key customers and acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
  • Supporting development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and consolidating company performance reports from various departments.
  • Improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers, and facilitating to meet customer requirements and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the faculty of Business Administration or related.
  • 5 years of working experience in the field of Customer Service or Planning or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in production planning or Sales order capacity planning, data analysis is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication level.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
  • Advanced-Master Excel skills.
  • Office located in Phutthamonthon Sai 4.
