The position

Clinical Research Associate will lead in conducting of the trial to comply with the current approved protocol/amendment(s), ICH-GCP (Good clinical practice), the applicable regulatory requirement(s) as well as ensure the rights and well-being of human subjects be safeguarded , the reports of trial data are accurate, complete, and verifiable from the source documents. The nature and scope of main accountabilities includes but not limited to:

  • Make self-reliant decisions in relations with site management and in accordance with the functional framework. Training and advice to younger colleagues and at investigator sites. Issues management and escalation of non-compliance in timely and appropriate.
  • Proactively seek for continuous improvements through innovations and initiatives within assigned tasks; analysing, prioritising, planning and performing tasks in compliance with business ethics, company policies/local requirements.
  • Identify and prioritise the stakeholder requirement. The customer satisfaction is ultimate goals - efficiency, quality and job satisfaction should always be safeguarded to the same extent.
  • The recruitment of suitable patients and monitor all to deliver services in timeline and reach the quality level being acceptable for approval or sales of NN products.
  • Actively contribute adequate and timely information within and outside the department; well co-operate with teams/groups, handle more tasks at one time and to move between projects. Ensure timely reporting of Customer Contacts, Customer Complaints, Adverse Events and other Safety Reports in accordance with Novo Nordisk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Pharmacy or related fields. 
  • 3-6 years' experience in clinical trials (from site selection till site closure phase).
  • Good clinical practice (ICH-GCP) trained and if applicable certified.
  • Fluent in Thai with good English communication skill.
