Our client is the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of natural rubber and nitrile gloves.
Job Description
- Supervising and being responsible for supervising the company to comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations such as the law on public limited companies. Securities and Exchange Law and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), etc.
- Supervising and managing the Board of Directors meetings. subcommittee and the shareholders' meeting following the law and company regulations.
- Being responsible for drafting meeting minutes and meeting documents in both Thai and English Including draft news reports related to the disclosure of information and reporting of the Company's information following relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Finding legal information. Do relevant research. Prepare a summary report and presented it to the chief as assigned.
- Liaising with staff of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, SEC Office, Securities Depository Center, and the Department of Business Development.
- Providing advice to various departments regarding relevant laws and regulations.
- Responsible for other tasks as assigned.
Job Specifications
- Not over 30 years old.
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in law, accounting, or other fields.
- Having experience as a company secretary or supervisory work will be an advantage.
- Good English skills.
- Good computer skills.
- If having experience working in a listed company in supervising regulations related to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand will be an advantage.
- Working Day: Mon - Fri
- Working Time: 9 am - 5:30 pm
