Job Description
Our client is the most amazing coconut water in the most ethical way possible. It’s a work in progress, but they're committed to growing our standards and living up to our name. They also make yogurts, smoothies, desserts, as well as different flavored coconut waters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating and communicating with external parties for all relevant processes.
- Assisting with providing advice, guidance, and support to relevant teams concerning compliance.
- Ensuring all verification of documents review and approval are completed by the agreed schedule, including processing incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Assisting team in organizing and indexing critical documentation.
- Monitoring of documentation progress in cooperation with relevant teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 2-5 years of work experience in managing databases.
- Hands-on experience with any software, and excellent MS Office.
- Experience in the audit process of any standards of management systems is a plus.
- Coconut farming management and/or agricultural and/or operations experience is a plus.
- Experience in Organic (USDA/NOP, COR, EU, others) and/or Fair Trade as a plus.
