Data Architecture & Engineer Manager

PRTR is working with a real estate company to find qualified candidates for a Data Architecture & Engineer Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing a robust data platform and fostering a data-driven culture.
• Leading a Data Engineering team, collaborating with business and engineering teams on data utilization for analytics, prediction, reporting, AI/ML, and 3rd-party integrations.
• Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations like PDPA.
• Managing data architecture for seamless integration with internal and external applications/APIs.
• Documenting data management systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
• Proficiency in data infrastructure (data warehouse, data lake, data lake house).
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and data privacy (PDPA).
• Expertise in data utilization, including analytics, reporting (Tableau, Power BI), and ML/AI.
• Familiarity with infrastructure observability.
• Experience in SDLC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
