DAY IN A LIFE OF...

• Ensure accurate, timely efficient and compliant financial reporting at Management level (Local, Regional and Global) 
• Covers activities under Period end Close for Group reporting, local statutory reporting and internal management reporting, in accordance with Nestlé Accounting Standards, Nestlé Costing Standards and local accounting standards
• Review and analyze Sales and provide transparency on Sales KPIs to both local and global management
• Work closely with Shareservice center (NBS) to complete PEC each month within timely. Prepare Actual Profitability (PACT) by business unit and product: Analyse actual P&L, validate high variation and proactively co-ordinate with BU co-pilot to ensure proper allocations.
• Responsible for Market Share report (MASH): Ensure timely submission of information to Group. Validate and sign-off report prepared by NBS and prepare analysis for monthly review by Management.
• Work with Sales team to complete E-Com package submitted to Group. Ensure accurate information and assumption to produce profitability of the channel/customer
• Responsible for working Capital : Perform actual working capital allocation to business unit and complete PICA package. Coordinate with relevant department (Supply chain, factory RMP and accounting) to have quarterly forecast. Obtain information from concerned areas and analyze irregular instances or off-target data and send early warning sign to the management.
• Responsible for Actual Financial Report (CACT): Quarterly closing and work with Accounting Operations to complete CACT package submission. Analyze irregular items and identify actions.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor degree in Accounting. MBA and/or CPA is an advantage
• 2-3 years experience in Accounting Field
• Extensive Experience of local and International Accounting Standard
• FMCG or manufacturing Experience (preferable)
• Good Command of English
