The position

Your main role involves bridging the human resources agenda with our business desires and strategies and working. Manage the development and implementation of short- and medium-term plans for the People & Organisation Director (P&O) and internal communication in the affiliate, considering affiliate ambition/strategy and APAC/International Operations (IO).  Your main duty includes, but are not limited to:

  • Organisational Development and Effectiveness - continuously reviews, assesses, and evolves the business to drive organizational efficiency, scalability, agility and change Management - accelerates the process and transition of change in parallel with the adoption of future skillsets, mindsets, and behaviours.
  • Talent Management and Development - builds leadership capabilities and plans to address future needs; creates opportunities for talent to reach their full potential.
  • Workforce Management - facilitates methodical processes to be aware and inform future workforce needs; identifies gaps and develops plans to address, invest and optimize resources.
  • In charge of overseeing the administration and facility management - office management including reception, update, and maintenance; Office rental including risk management; Sourcing of company’s expenses i.e., office supplies, equipment etc.

 

Qualifications

  • A University Degree in the relevant area, such as P&O, Organisational Psychology, Sociology, or another Master’s/MBA is a plus.
  • Broad human resources management experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of all functional areas within the profession of Human Resources, including Local Labour Law. Proficient with MS Office software.
  • Exhibited  excellence in Models, theories, concepts and alternative approaches.
