Job Summary

To handle mobile network, IP network, radio and facility system problems in SLA and efficiently.

Job Description

- To corrective maintenance and perform fault clearance on mobile network (3G,4G,5G) and non-mobile network (FBB, Corporate Link, AIS Wi-Fi) within SLAs.
 - To preventive maintenance as to prevent network problems in the future and to reduce amount of faults in network, including PM's result for analyze and propose ways to improve network reliability.
- To support plan work to improvement network and activity plan assigned by Workforce or Line Manager, such as site facility improvement ,activity plan for IPRAN replacement etc.
