Engineering Manager

Our client is a food company operated in the OEM business to produce plant-based meat with a capacity of 3,000 Tons per year.

Job Responsibility:

• Ensuring the preventive maintenance & documentation for the troubleshooting of all the factory types of machinery & utility as per the regular production plan, food safety compliances, and audit plans.

Construction Phase:

Following up and ensuring the progress of construction packages delivered by the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) Contractor of the plant-based food processing project, including design verification, procurement, installation, training, and commissioning.

• Reading, analyzing, and troubleshooting the PLC programs and SCADA wiring diagrams. Interface with Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Engineering, procurement, and construction (ECP) to contractors obtain construction and operating permits from the related authorities.
• Conducting the approvals of equipment and method of installations of the plant-based manufacturing and related utilities such as Boiler and Refrigeration units.
• Developing and validating the commissioning and Standard operation procedures and the technical documentation for machine operators.

During Operation:

• Maintaining and coordinating machines' preventive maintenance according to the production plan to ensure compliance with GMP, BRC standards Food Safety procedures, and other regulatory compliances.
• Analyzing root cause problems (RCA) for the machines or deficiencies and defects, conducting improvement trials and setups to evaluate, improve and innovate product quality as well as developing standard solutions to resolve them and prevent a recurrence.
• Developing and reviewing plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Supporting the production and plant teams to discuss existing or potential product development as well as estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Working with a variety of technicians and collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications:

• • 33-40 years old, Thai only.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a must.
  • At least’s 5 years experience in Project Engineering, Asst. Engineering Manager from Food Manufacturing is a must.
  • Has experience in writing and reading PLC Program is a must.
  • Has experience and background in Installation Machines, Trouble Shooting, Utility, etc.
  • Work well under pressure, good at solving problems, and patient.
  • Has experience in Team Management and working independently.
  • Has experience in new set up plant or factory.
  • Strong background in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Good in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work 6 days per week at Rojana, Ayuthaya.
