Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage, control and coordinate project schedule and implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time
• Provide leads for internal cross-functional team for new project, new product introduction & execution.
• Liaise with project stakeholder to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and indicative budget
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, cost and monitor project quality and safety standards
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Interact and communicate with customers on overall requirements including qualities, scheduling requests,  product quality and other related business issues.
• Execute the startup pilot and run to production first phase.
• Evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and takes action to meet company goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineer or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, including writing skill both Thai and English
• Has Experience in Design and Assembly (Electronic)
• Has knowledge of EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)
• At least 3 years of experience in Electrical industry
