Facility and Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a manufacturer and service high quality of high-pressure pumps.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities.
• Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.
• Determining facility and equipment specifications.
• Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets.
• Overseeing the implementation of facility relocation/expansion, i.e. utility plans (layout), infrastructure, and systems.
• Inspecting and installing industrial equipment.
• Providing technical support and training on new equipment.
• Evaluating and improving operational efficiencies.
• Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment preventive maintenance schedules and activities.
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment and making on-site repairs when needed; to minimize/eliminate equipment downtime.
• Analyzing resource (energy) consumption in each sector and recommending/implementing improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards, including coordinating Waste management.
• Preparing reports and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 2-3 years working experience as a facility/maintenance engineer or a similar role.
• Fluent in English, report to expat direct boss.
• Able to commute to work by own transportation.
