Finance Manager

Job Requirements

• Overseeing a financial team dedicated to various accounting functions including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and taxation.
• Establishing and upholding financial control mechanisms within the framework of long-term project services.
• Supervising an external accounting firm and evaluating the quality of their deliverables.
• Effectively managing overall liquidity for business entities, proactively addressing associated financial risks. This involves accurate forecasting and scheduling of collections and disbursements, as well as ensuring prompt and precise issuance of related reports.
• Taking charge of financial reporting for local and group management.
• Preparing and regularly monitoring financial budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business entity officers, management teams, and Group/BU Finance.
• Maintaining close communication with banks, governmental bodies, auditing firms, and other financial stakeholders. Additionally, it provides support for knowledge transfer and financial training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Seeking candidates with a degree from a University/College, preferably in Finance, Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or Management Accounting, and ideally with a CPA designation.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably including auditing and business administration exposure.
• At least 3 years of pertinent managerial and supervisory background is essential.
• Previous experience within consulting engineering companies would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Thai are necessary, with proficiency in French being an additional asset.
