Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and hiring employees:  The HR department is responsible for developing and implementing recruiting and hiring practices that attract and retain top talent. This includes developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Developing training programs for employees:  The HR department is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that help employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to be successful in their roles. This includes both formal training programs and on-the-job training.
  • Conducting performance reviews of employees:  The HR department is responsible for conducting performance reviews of employees to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement. Performance reviews are also used to provide feedback to employees and to help them develop their careers.
  • Managing employee relations:  The HR department is responsible for managing employee relations, which includes resolving employee complaints, mediating disputes, and enforcing company policies. The HR department also plays a role in promoting a positive work environment and in resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Establishing compensation and benefits plans for employees : The HR department is responsible for establishing compensation and benefits plans that are fair and competitive. This includes setting salaries, benefits, and bonus structures.
  • Planning for organizational effectiveness:  The HR department is responsible for planning for organizational effectiveness, which includes succession planning, workforce development, and employee engagement. The HR department also plays a role in helping the company achieve its strategic goals.
  • Overseeing the work of the HR team:  The HR department is responsible for overseeing the work of the HR team and ensuring that the team is effective in carrying out its responsibilities. This includes providing training and development opportunities for HR staff, as well as providing guidance and support.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of the HR department : The HR department is responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the HR department to ensure that it is meeting the needs of the organization. This includes tracking metrics such as employee satisfaction, turnover, and productivity.
  • Keeping management informed of HR issues: The HR department is responsible for keeping management informed of HR issues, such as employee complaints, workplace conflicts, and legal issues. This ensures that management is aware of any potential problems and that they can take steps to address them.
  • Managing general administration activities : The HR department is responsible for managing general administration activities, such as dealing with outsourcing companies, maintaining the cleanliness of sites, implementing 5S, and managing security. The HR department also plays a role in ensuring that the company complies with government regulations.

Requirements

  • 30 – 35 years old.
  • Has work experience in the manufacturing industry (MNC is a must).
  • At least 5 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Thai labor law.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the management team.
  • Understanding of PDPA.
  • Good command of English.
  • Able to work at Samutsakorn Province.
