Position: Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development

Job Description: As the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development (HR&OD), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR and organizational development strategies that will drive our company towards greater success. Your role involves collaborating closely with key stakeholders to provide HR expertise, enhancing employee relations, fostering organizational efficiency, and contributing to the overall prosperity of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Business Partner:

  • Forge a strategic alliance with business leaders to comprehend their objectives, challenges, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with them to devise and execute HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

2. Talent Management:

  • Partner with leaders to identify and fulfill talent needs, including onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent retention initiatives.

3. Organizational Development:

  • Support the formulation and execution of organizational development projects such as change management, employee engagement, culture transformation, and leadership development.
  • Spearhead initiatives that nurture a high-performance culture.

4. HR Projects:

  • Lead or participate in HR projects and endeavors including policy development, process enhancements, HR system implementation, and other strategic initiatives in line with business requirements.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Cultivate robust relationships with cross-functional teams, including HR specialists, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
  • Efficiently convey HR policies, programs, and initiatives to all levels within the organization.

6. Organizational Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement an organizational development strategy that harmonizes with the company's objectives.
  • Identify prospects for amplifying organizational efficiency and performance.

7. Change Management:

  • Lead change management efforts by outlining change plans, performing impact evaluations, and shaping and implementing interventions to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement during the transition.

8. Leadership Development:

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and initiatives to cultivate leadership capabilities at all organizational levels.
  • Identify high-potential employees and execute succession planning strategies.

9. Employee Engagement:

  • Devise and implement strategies to heighten employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An HR or Organizational Development focus is a bonus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the building of relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into HR initiatives.
  • Sound understanding of organizational development concepts and experience in driving cultural and organizational change.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, utilizing data for informed decision-making.
  • Uphold a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
