Investor Relations Manager

Our client is a big company which manufactures products used in the medical and industrial business.

Job Responsibilities

• Organizing investor visits and updating company presentations.
• Interfacing with the investment community to provide timely and proactive information as appropriate.
• Assisting with the annual report and annual shareholders meeting.
• Helping coordinate investor events.
• Monitoring and reporting shareholder activity.
• Developing and updating investor presentations.
• Managing corporate social media activities and posting the content of the company’s investor relations web page.
• Managing the quarterly earnings process which includes compilation of key business trends and preparation of official company disclosures.
• Accompany senior management on roadshows and investor conferences, and relationship management with investors and sell-side analysts.
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and legal teams.

Job Qualifications

• Has minimum 3 years experience in Investor Relations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing/Communications, or other related field.
• Flexibility and dependability in working with a wide range of stakeholders, and responding to the needs and challenges of a diverse and dynamic business.
