Our client is one of the world leaders in Pneumatic and Industrial Automation Technology with operations in 61 countries including 200 service centers worldwide.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting and unpacking incoming shipments from RSC and HQ subsidiaries.
  • Ensuring that all products are properly stored on their respective shelves in an orderly way (FIFO) based on the date of receipt of shipment.
  • Assisting the supervisor in monitoring and replenishment of goods and packaging materials within storage locations.
  • Checking and Posting of Goods Receipts in YLR0 and MIGO, if necessary.
  • Returning proof of delivery document follow up and convey to Finance department.
  • Following up outsourcing the delivery of goods to customers.
  • Uploading delivery tracking in SAP.
  • Coordinating with the delivery outsource team and solving the delivery issue daily.
  • Printing PO, billing, and receipt document from SAP attached to the sales invoice daily.
  • Confirming delivery to the customer by email or customer application in advance as the customer requests.
  • Providing document declaration customers er in the free zone (FTZ).
  • Assisting in routine operations (i.e. general warehouse duties, housekeeping, etc.) and other operations activities.
  • Gathering and preparing the assigned report for operations activities.
  • Preparing monthly basis department indicators (KPI).
  • Working together as a team to achieve the department’s indicator (KPI) and goals.
  • Maintaining all relevant packing equipment at optimum level.
  • Maintaining inventory, using inventory management software, and carrying out store maintenance.
  • Liaising with customer service and supervisor for timely deliveries and checking of items' “quality and quantity”.
  • Handling the proper housekeeping and effective locating system for items prompt traceability.
  • Assisting in the releasing of cargo to appointed forwarders.
  • Maintaining equipment and instruments and ensuring the cleanliness of warehouse areas.
  • Following proper safety procedures for all warehouse functions.
  • Handling any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
  • Male.
  • A minimum Diploma or higher in Business Administration in any field or logistic management is preferred.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience. Familiar with warehouse procedures.
  • Computer literacy.
  • SAP application experience will be an advantage.
  • English written and conversational will be an advantage.
