Our client is the factory equipment supplier (food and packaging).

Responsibilities

  • Initiating marketing programs to deliver the company's business goals.
    • Reviewing and revising marketing programs to ensure the results.
    • Setting up sales forecasts and promotion targets for each month’s promotions.
    • Developing business plan/ marketing strategy/ marketing calendar/ new product development
  • Maintaining a good working relationship and coordination with relevant teams to ensure that the marketing plans are consistent with the company’s short- and long-term sales and profit growth objectives.
  • Monitoring sales performance, predicting causes that affect performance, and providing an attractive promotion campaign to raise sales volume.
  • Providing Marketing related Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports to Managing Director.
  • Being responsible for pre & post-analysis of all marketing activities report to GM and Operations Team.
  • Handling and managing the Product Mix database.
  • Monitoring Marketing budget monthly.
  • Analyzing market and competitors to ensure proactive activities.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Managing Director.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of online/offline marketing experience in the food retail and wholesale industry.
  • Strong drive for results and leadership.
  • Good management skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Possess a positive attitude and good analytical skills.
  • Able to travel domestically and overseas.
  • Proficiency in English.
