Mining Engineer

Our client is a limited company and a subsidiary of a public company that has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1994 and is one of the leaders in the coal trading business in Thailand.  

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and inventory of coals materials and barge coordination.
• Coordinating and resolving issues regarding loading and discharge.
• Reviewing, evaluating, and approving specifications for issuing and awarding bids
• Preparing reports regarding market conditions and coal price index.
• Sourcing for new suppliers for supporting sales requirements.
• Negotiating with suppliers establishing price, delivery, quantity, payments, and change order.  
• Being able to travel abroad for work.

Qualifications

• Has 3+ years of experience in the coal sourcing or mining engineering field.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
• Salary can be negotiable depending on experience.
• Working days, Mon-Fri, 09.00-18.00
• Base in Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok.
