Responsibilities:

  • Being the Single Contact Point for Microsoft O365 (End-User Issue, Raise a ticket to Microsoft).
  • Providing support and advice in Microsoft 365 Applications and additional features for end-user with a service mind.
  • Managing Exchange on the cloud for access permission, Group policy, and security access management.
  • Managing MS Team, SharePoint, and OneDrive for group access permission and management, E-Mail Account management, Group Mail Permission, Generic Mail, and Service Account.
  • Supporting and resolving issues from the Incident ticket management system , SMTP Mail Relay server from Microsoft Azure, and On-premise server.
  • Supporting O365 Defender (Thread and Scan) Cooperate and help with the security team.
  • Supporting 24 x 7 On calls.

 

Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor's or associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in security design, operation, or implementation
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platform, VMWARE product, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft O365 Administration, and Management.
  • The ability to interact with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and races.
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerShell is an advantage.
  • Microsoft O365 Administration Certification (Or any related to O365 cert.) is an advantage.
