Our client is a global automotive part for both OEM and Aftermarket.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Communication : Providing clear leadership and communication to guide Production and various sections within our client's expanding facility. Set expectations and objectives, ensuring a cohesive understanding.
- Problem-Solving & Workforce Management: Utilizing problem-solving skills to address production issues and optimize manufacturing processes. Managing the workforce to achieve optimal quality and output.
- Continuous Assessment & Development: Conducting ongoing assessments and development initiatives for the workforce. Collaborating with other Production Managers to implement Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Planning & Monitoring: Planning and monitoring workforce production levels as a technical leader for all plant requirements. Ensuring alignment with volume targets and technical standards.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with Senior Management and effectively communicating and influencing at the shop floor level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or another engineering field.
- At least 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment with management level experience, especially within an international/global environment.
- Has good expertise in laser cutting or bending process is highly preferred.
- Highly flexible, strong business sense, willing to do extra, and good teamwork skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Understanding of productivity cost controlling, and basic profit and loss.
Our client provides Housing allowance, Fixed Bonus, Group Insurance, PVF, Uniform, and 5-day working.
