R&D Manager (Food Manufacturing Based at Ratchaburi)

Job Description

• Being responsible for all aspects of R&D for snacks, instant noodles, and new product development.
• Creating and developing a series of new products (from concept development to commercialization) on an annual basis.
• Working with internal teams and clients to create and present concepts, moving the best ideas to full commercialization.                                
• Managing product development projects, project plans, and timelines to achieve corporate product development goals.
• Enhancing product profitability by improving formulation and processes.

Qualifications

• Male or Female,32 years old and above.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline, such as Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Industry Management, or a related field.
• Having a minimum of 8 years of R&D / product development experience in food manufacturing.
• Good understanding of food safety standards; ISO 9001:2008, GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS, etc.
• Solid technical knowledge of food ingredients as well as purchasing systems & processes.
• Able to be based in Ratchaburi Province.
