Our client is an Italian luxury fashion house that makes men's clothing and accessories with over 500 shops and 7,000 employees worldwide. 

Job Description

  • Providing a memorable luxury customer service experience.
  • Resolving and escalating customer issues or complaints with empathy, while adhering to customer service policies such as those relating to alterations, damage, and repairs, global return policies, etc.
  • Driving and maximizing sales performance to consistently achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a luxury customer experience.
  • Working with the Store team to execute action plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets as assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Actively communicating customer, product, and other store information to the broader Store team to ensure customer and business needs are met.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays.

Qualifications

  • Over 23 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field.
  • Having experience in a Sales Advisor role for a luxury brand will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English/Chinese.
  • Has a pleasing personality.
  • Ability to work 6 days/week.
