Job Description

  • Assisting Vice President in managing sales and marketing organization.
  • Leading, managing, and organizing sales and marketing to align with company targets and meet goals.
  • Controlling and monitoring sales pipeline and sales visits of the sales organization.
  • Identifying target market to be aligned with business objective.
  • Approaching customers or any connection to general lead for the international market.
  • Being a liaison with the internal department (engineering and procurement department).
  • Being a focal contact with the customer and clarifying detailed information (technical and commercial).
  • Coordinating with internal departments to deliver the quotation to the customer within the deadline.
  • Following up with customers and taking necessary action to increase the opportunity to win the contract.
  • Being responsible to maximize the hitting rate of the opportunity.
  • Maximizing Sales Pipeline.
  • Managing to secure and sign contracts with every customer to meet revenue target Job Spec.
Qualifications
  • 30-45 years old.
  • Sales management experience for at least 5 years.
  • High proficiency in English in all areas (Speaking, Writing, and Reading) and Good Management Skills.
  • Good presentation skills both in English and Thai.
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn. perseverance, and never give up.
