Job Description

Our client is a designer and manufacturer of a diverse range of precision injection molded products including wafer shippers, medical parts, components and devices, automation trays, specialized thermoformed plastic trays and packaging, extruded sheets, film, tube and compound, and flexographic printing plate.

Job Description

  • Developing new customers and markets in the participating industries.
  • Developing new opportunities in the existing market and customers.
  • Coordinating with the local sales team to resolve the key business issue.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with customer management.
  • Being responsible for the existing JPN account sales revenue and profitability.
  • Leading the operational team for the new business requirements.
  • Ensuring the related business performance targets are met.
  • Leading the operational team as the business leader to resolve customer issues.
  • Carrying out contract review activities, ensuring customer's requirements are met.
  • Conducting market intelligence on customer analysis, industry trends, competitors, and material suppliers and developing strategies to win more business.
  • Performing per environmental objective/policy and recommendations from ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO IATF 16949 committee.
  • Ensuring all collections are timely and managing bad debt to minimize company exposure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above.
  • Experience in industrial Sales with a preference to specialize in FMCG/Automotive industry.
  • Proficient in English both oral & written, If able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage.
  • Able to work at Bangpa-in Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya 1-2 days a week.
