Full Job Description
Our client support Plant Owner on Operational Excellence with the Expert Team by extending Machine Life Cycle to minimize Maintenance Cost. They are servicing various services focused and aim to maintain (contract, Instrument, warehouse management, safety value, machine & engineering maintenance, change out, chemical cleaning, tank maintenance, and heat exchanger maintenance). Nowadays, the service is expanding around the country with complete engineering services, central locations are the eastern seaboard and Ayutthaya (middle) areas.
Job Description
- Creating procedures for maintenance operations to meet standards that are accepted by customers.
- Preparing Technical Requirements for Outsourcing (TOR) and effective oversight of operations
- Setting performance indicators and supervising to achieve the goals as agreed with the customers.
- Being a service center for Corrective Maintenance both of mechanical, electrical, and control tools. (During regular hours and outside hours or in emergency conditions)
- Being on call or emergency service for various projects under the agency's responsibility.
- Controlling/supervising income and expenses under the budget plan.
- Developing knowledge, competence, skills, and expertise of personnel in responsible departments under the work plan.
- Consulting, analyzing, solving problems, and making reports in maintenance work (Analysis and Troubleshooting).
- Maintaining, strengthening, develop relationships. and customer satisfaction is not lower than the criteria so that customers consider using the company's services in the long run continuously.
Qualifications
- A must-education background is mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 10 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- At least 3 years of management role.
- Be able to travel on-site service.
- ERP SAP.
