Senior Accountant (Trading) - Near Chocolate Ville, Kannayao

Our client is one of the world leaders in Pneumatic and Industrial Automation Technology with operations in 61 countries including 200 service centers worldwide.  

Job Responsibilities

• Inputting accounting entries in the financial reporting system accurately.
• Correcting accounting and classification of accounting transactions.
• Reconciling and resolving variances between the financial reporting system and other ERP. modules and information sources (eg. bank statements).
• Maintaining billing management efficiency. 
• Managing the fullest of Credit Management, Control, and collection.
• Exercising integrity in transaction processing.
• Monitoring of incoming or outgoing payments and assets.
• Supporting assets monitoring to ensure they are in good condition.
• Maintaining of Fixed Assets Register (Support).
• Preparing monthly reconciliation reports.
• Preparing and submission of GST Returns & Taxes (Relevant).
• Supporting External Audit.
• Handling other tasks assigned by the line Manager.

Qualifications

• 30-40 years old, Thai only.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting all loops such as AR, GL, Fix Asset, etc. from Trading and Manufacturing is a must.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Programs and MS Excel is a must.
• Able to month-end and year-end closing is preferred.
• Holding a CPD license would be an advantage.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Patience works well under pressure and is highly responsible.
• Able to work 5 days/week location near Chocolate Ville, Bangkok.
