JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handling the preliminary design, piping system work, and installation work of Mechanical Equipment in In-house Projects
• Participating in detailed engineering design, purchase, and purchase of equipment, as assigned by engineers.
• Considering the examining technical data and mechanical details. in the engineering design of the EPC/EPCM project.
• Supervising the work plan, project progress report, change of scope, price estimation, and budget setting.
• Checking the budget, manpower and make a report summarizing project costs. Supervise the delivery, purchase, materials, and list preparation. Spare parts for machinery project.
• Checking the quality of work, taking care of communication and coordination. In the process of working, establishing measures to supervise safety at work.
• Summarizing the contractor's work progress report, analyzing, suggesting, solve problems together with project engineers. finish the project on schedule.
• Preparing technical documents for bidding for mechanical project contracts, preparing ITB, and evaluating contractors in Bidding for In- house Projects.
• Helping support the preparation of Project Spec, Technical Clarification / Evaluation in the EPC / EPCM project bidding.
• Planning, giving suggestions, and considering evaluating manpower and duration of EPC/EPCM projects together with project engineers.
• Planning, giving advice, supervising, controlling, and determining methods for testing equipment and pipe systems in the field, working Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and making a report summarizing the test results.
• Supervising the communication of project scope information. Technical information, method of operation Caution in working with contractors Suggestions, and solutions to problems arising from project operations.
• Supervising work permit inspection Safety permit, Clearance Certification, Confine permit, Gate Pass, and Road closure permit to allow the contractor to work correctly according to the company's work permit system.
• Supervising the field equipment, mechanical equipment, machines, lifting equipment, cranes, and trucks in a safe and ready-to-use condition.
• Managing, supervising, and coordinating various projects that have been assigned, supporting and helping engineers project managers and staff, and various parties related to the project work.

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills Experience) 

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanics (Automotive /Power /Workshop), Piping design, Industrials, or courses related to the Mechanics field.
• Experience in project work, construction control work, engineering design work, maintenance work, and machine installation work./equipment and piping systems in factories, mechanical plants, or petrochemical industries for about 6 years.
• Knowledge and ability to use, inspect, and maintain equipment, machine tools, machines, and welding machines.
• Know safety standards in construction work. and have experience in supervising job safety Projects in factories, mechanical plants, oil plants, or petrochemical industries.
• English in writing, reading, and communicating works well.
