Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting team and manage the full cycle recruiting process. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying top talent to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for a variety of positions, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate between the Hiring Managers, the Head of People and the CEO to ensure the validity and quality of the Personnel Requisition process.
2. Source both active and passive candidate through various available channels to find the right candidates.
3. Conduct phone screenings and organizing interviews with hiring managers and related parties including peers and CEO.
4. Interview candidates to analyze core competencies and personality, intelligence, and culture fit.
5. Explore and develop new sourcing channels to widen the company's talent pool. 6.Prepare and Maintain recruitment report dashboard to ensure the headcount is reasonable.

1. 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition
2. Proven track record of leading and developing a team
3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
