- Managing and monitoring service targets, finding and solving product problems.
- Coordinating with the sales department and solving problems on the job site.
- Managing, guiding, and training subordinates for the service team to work professionally.
- Responding to the needs of customers promptly.
- Reporting the progress and team improvement of the service department to the National Sales Manager/General manager.
- Managing and coordinating the activities of the department. To manage a service team of at least 5 people.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Service Engineers jobs, including 1-2 year experiences managing service teams of 3 -5 people.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in sales or Thermal Energy Audits is a plus.
- Fluent in English in both verbal and written form.
- Proficient in using MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Able to use Auto Cad or SolidWorks program.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and reason with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Good organization and analytical abilities are needed.
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated, and positive work attitude.
