Job Description

  • Managing and monitoring service targets, finding and solving product problems.
  • Coordinating with the sales department and solving problems on the job site.
  • Managing, guiding, and training subordinates for the service team to work professionally.
  • Responding to the needs of customers promptly.
  • Reporting the progress and team improvement of the service department to the National Sales Manager/General manager.
  • Managing and coordinating the activities of the department. To manage a service team of at least 5 people.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Service Engineers jobs, including 1-2 year experiences managing service teams of 3 -5 people.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in sales or Thermal Energy Audits is a plus.
  • Fluent in English in both verbal and written form.
  • Proficient in using MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to use Auto Cad or SolidWorks program.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and reason with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good organization and analytical abilities are needed.
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated, and positive work attitude.
