Job Description
PRTR is now working with Security & Innovation Global to find potential candidates to play the role of SRE.
This position expects to implement and migrate on Public Cloud addition, you have good English and work with a global team.
Responsibilities
- Implementing solution monitoring and observability monitoring, automating detections and responses.
- Conducting service improvement actions and review with the team using data from SLI and SLO.
- Troubleshooting incidents, post-incident analysis, and performing root cause analysis.
- Implementing workarounds to avoid the recurrence of incidents and improvements to monitoring detection.
- Participate and contribute to automation in deployment, automated testing, and monitoring detection.
- Collaborating with DevOps on continuous delivery.
- Driving the solution SAT process in collaboration with Development, DevOps, and Platform teams.
Qualifications
- College degree or technical training in Computer Science, software engineering, or equivalent combination of training, and/or experience.
- At least 5 years of working experience, of which at least 3 years involved software development and 2 years related to IT operations or IT support or basic System Administration.
- Language skills: Fluent in English Others: Good written and verbal communication Technical skills.
- Hands-on experience in Shell Scripts
- Experience in application deployment, and deployment tools (e.g. Jenkins).
- Experience in programming and development of at least one programming language (e.g. Python, C, Java, etc).
