Our client is a leading multinational HVAC manufacturer, specializing in innovative heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We are at the forefront of the industry with a strong global presence and a commitment to technological advancements.

As they continue to expand operations in Pathumthani and Bangna, we are seeking talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Leads (2) to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition in Singapore to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for various positions across different departments.
  • Utilizing various channels, including job advertisements, LinkedIn, and networking, to attract and identify high-quality candidates.
  • Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Engaging in proactive talent pipelining and succession planning to ensure a continuous pool of potential candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of external recruitment agencies and vendors to support hiring efforts when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a multinational organization or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods, including job advertisements, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and select high-quality candidates for diverse positions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Good English abilities, both written and spoken.
