PRTR is working with an insurance company.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end hiring process, dealing with Hiring Managers / Line Managers in sourcing, interviewing, selecting and offering to get the right candidate timely.
  • Defining and expanding the sourcing strategy, channels, activities and tools to gain the qualified candidate pool and realize company’s brand awareness.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the recruitment and probation process to align with procedure and related local and global compliance.
  • Developing effective tools and recruiting methods, interview / assessment standards and executive search.
  • Researching and analyzing the external talent pools, market supply, partner organizations, and relevant data to guide decision-making related to strategic recruitment efforts and recruitment performance and efficiency.
  • Evaluating the internal and external recruitment channels to ensure that they are effective and productive to attract talented candidates.
  • Building dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business requirements.
  • Working with HRBPs to implement strategic workforce planning.
  • Planning and monitoring all related recruitment budget and recruitment projects.
  • Participating and supporting People Attraction projects (local and regional) which are assigned and needed for supporting information and documents.

Required Experience:                        

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resource Management, or other related filed from Multi-national company in insurance, banking or consumer business.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative, creative, fast learning, growth mindset, adaptive.
