Job Description
- Being responsible for recruitment assignments including proactively searching for active and passive job seekers, conducting primary profile screening, and interviewing to relevant job criteria within a targeted time.
- Gathering detailed information on the job order and identifying competencies of the role to facilitate an effective recruitment drive.
- Assisting the Executive Talent Acquisition Manager with all related recruitment issues to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Completing recruitment job status reports both weekly and monthly, input and maintenance of corporate candidate's database.
- Assisting all related Talent Acquisition Projects including ad-hoc and other key projects.
- Having a 1 Year contract, with consideration for contract renewal or adjustment to full-time employment.
- Working Mon-Fri from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
- No gender restriction, 28 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, unlimited fields.
- Experience in recruiting personnel of not less than 3 years or more.
- Can use Ms.Office well.
- Able to communicate in English well.
- Able to accept employment contract conditions.
