Our client is a worldwide production and distribution company with more than 60 years of experience—an internationally successful enterprise in the field of Food & Feed Ingredients.

Responsibilities

  • Increasing New Account/Customer Acquisition by quantity to be determined.
  • Increasing market share by % to be determined in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Driving new net revenue by % to be determined in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Maintaining sales costs per target identified by the executive team.
  • Increasing sales growth by % to be determined in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Creating plans/strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals.
  • Creating a sales culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Managing the sales operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
  • Managing customer expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Compiling information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
  • Monitoring customer, market, and competitor activity and providing feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
  • Managing key customer relationships and participating in closing strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Male / Female 25-35 years old.
  • Graduated BSc. in Animal Science/ Nutrition/ veterinary science/ related to.
  • Have experience/contact in a feed mill for 2-3 years at least.
  • Able to travel around upcountry in Thailand.
  • Have own car and driving license.
  • Prefer to have more skill in selling.
  • Fluent skills in English (Reading, Listening, writing, and speaking).
  • Love to meet people and communicate with strangers.
