Job Description

• Contacting drivers to understand the on-ground sentiment from the initiative.
• Supporting the team in developing and implementing processes related to the service quality areas.
• Analyzing data and making recommendations to improve the current working processes.
• Executing/Monitoring project progress and reporting the results after launching.
• Communicating and getting alignment across internal/regional teams.
• Supporting day-to-day operations tasks.

Qualifications

• Possess any Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business or data related field.
• Good communication skills in written English, and fluency is a plus.
• Proficient in MS office, Excel, and Google suite.
• Negotiating skill is preferable.
