Full Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate our company vehicles in a safe and professional manner obeying all traffic rules.
• Perform daily inspections on vehicle(s), promptly notify supervisor of any defects. Maintain vehicle logs and driving log.
• Collect and submit all fuel and other expense receipts.
• Do not operate any vehicle that is in unsafe condition, until such condition is satisfactorily corrected.
• Keep vehicles clean and attractive, inside and out.
• Make frequent multi-day long distance trips such as to Songkhla. Take rest stops as required; never operate a vehicle when tired. Safety is always our highest priority.
• Supervise loading and unloading of delivery truck, ensure all equipment is safely secured at all times.
• Complete receiving tickets when collecting customer property. Get customer signatures on delivery tickets.
• Represent our company when collecting and/or delivering equipment. Perform all job functions in the most safe and professional manner.
• Be a good citizen when operating company vehicles. Stop to provide assistance when required.
• Perform material handling activities, including operating forklift trucks. Ensure all material handling activities are performed safely and responsibly.
• Package spare parts and other equipment for shipment.
• Assist in the workshop and/or office when required.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collects and delivers mail.
• Performs other duties assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma required plus a minimum of five years driving experience
• Good health and eyesight. Corrective lenses are acceptable.
• Strong Thai verbal and written communication skills; basic English reading / speaking skills desirable.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged sitting
• Walking, standing, bending, stooping, pulling/pushing, climbing, balancing, crouching, reaching and kneeling may all be encountered during the performance of duty.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
