The purpose of this role is to ensure that adequate resources and capability (people and processes) reside within the business territory and its equipped to develop and deliver sales (current customers and new prospects) across SE Asia in line with business strategy and the overall segment’s profitability related targets.
- • Knowledge & Work Experience –
Paints and coatings industry, any B2B industry environment.
• 8-10 years of work experience in commercial roles, sales and key account management
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in business management or related field. Masters of Business Administration in related field preferred
• Skills – Leadership, stakeholder management, project management, decision making, creating value propositions, drive, results orientation, communication and presentation, commercial and business acumen, basic understanding of cross functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve
• Must be able to participate and complete a qualitative and quantitative respirator fit test, and use respirator as required.
