Job Purpose

As a member of the APAC Regional Sales Team, contributes to the overall business strategy and execution by planning, taking a lead in defining, and owning the specific market locations and conditions for the Aerospace segment in Asia. 

Ensures execution of the agreed Regional sales plan, and profitability related to targets established by the BU within the sales region by managing and, supporting the execution of the sales processes.
 

Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
•    3-5 years of experience in Aerospace market or OEM coating industries (preferred)
•    Strong and effective communications skills; Writing, IT presentations, mapping and charting business movement, analytical acumen 
•    Strong interpersonal skills - communicate effectively with all customer levels (business owners, purchasing personnel, engineering, product users, and internally at all levels).
•    Strong project management skills
•    Ability to travel and work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
•    Must be able to fly on commercial aircraft to customer locations
