We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Engineer, Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this pivotal role, you will design and coordinate mechanical engineering projects across the transportation infrastructure projects. + Design and develop mechanical building services solutions, including ACMV, fire protection and detection, plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems

**Qualifications**

**Meet the Team:**
Regional Reliability Engineer will collaborate closely with both the U.S. based Operations, Quality, PLM and Design Engineering teams as well as the local Contractor Manufacturing (CM) teams on all aspects facilitating ongoing reliability testing (ORM/ORT) and results analysis in support of local manufacturing quality engineering. We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer (Outdoor Unit) to support new product development (NPD) for air conditioner products, with a focus on structural design, cost optimization, and component sourcing.
This role plays a key part in ensuring design competitiveness, cost efficiency, and product reliability, while supporting mass production readiness.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and develop structural components for air conditioner outdoor units
+ Create and maintain 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks
+ Develop and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for production
+ Conduct cost analysis and drive cost reduction initiatives for components and materials
+ Identify and source alternative components, materials, and processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
+ Ensure designs meet customer requirements and international standards
+ Perform testing and validation to ensure structural performance and reliability
+ Troubleshoot and resolve design and performance-related issues
**Qualifications & Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
+ 3-5 years of experience in air conditioner or HVAC product design
