-Planning and managing elevator and escalator installation for making a quality/safety installation.
-Cleary study all installation contracts for every project to ensure delivering all material/specification to customer
--Managing and controlling the project budget and contractor to carry out an efficient activities
- Planning elevator and escalator installation Managing activity for team and contractor
-Controlling and following installation procedure to carry out project as planed
-Checking and following foreman's activities in work time
-Providing Request, Report and Summary Report to inform the customer/main contractor
-Checking a progression of elevator and escalator installation which is assigned
and providing daily report to inform the customer
-Coordinate with safety department to make a safe installation and complete all safety procedure requirements (safety audit)
-Coordinate with engineer/main contractor/customer/consultant for making a correct process and complete the project in time
-Coordinate with engineer/main contractor/customer/consultant for making handover go well and finish the project in time
-Performing miscellaneous duties which are work-related, as assign and dedicated work ethic, morality, safety and company's regulars

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ BS degree or equivalent experience in quality, engineering, or other relevant majors.
+ Outstanding problem solving skills with strong statistical data analysis skills and ability to drive solutions through multi-functional teams.
+ Excellent written and good verbal communications skills in English required.
+ Ability to travel regionally in Asia and occasionally to the US as needed.
+ 2+ years of experience optical transceiver and/or electronic silicon wafer processing.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working in a cleanroom environment is helpful.
+ Six Sigma Certifications with Quality Management Tools experience preferred.
+ Statistical Analysis for Six-Sigma with DMAIC processes and/or FMEA/Design of Experiment (DOE)/Hypothesis Test/ANOVA experience a bonus.

**Meet the Team:**
Regional Reliability Engineer will collaborate closely with both the U.S. based Operations, Quality, PLM and Design Engineering teams as well as the local Contractor Manufacturing (CM) teams on all aspects facilitating ongoing reliability testing (ORM/ORT) and results analysis in support of local manufacturing quality engineering. This would include overall CM reliability quality and reliability systems training, product reliability and qualification verification, NPI/GA readiness, debug/yield support, ECO support, and repair/customer failure analysis support to expedite time to market and revenue ramp of high bit rate optical transponders while maintaining the highest quality standards.
**Your Impact:**
+ Provide initial reliability systems training and expectations on all new process/product elements to primary CM trainers.
+ Review extended CM training plan and training records as needed
+ Confirm vendor and product qualification activity is compliant with all requirements
+ Provide oversight for all special requirements and material deviations needed
+ Confirm results and corrective actions with Product, Process and Test Engineers
