The Lead Engineer, Hardware Design works with cross functional teams with other designers, customers, manufacturing engineering and project leadership to ensure robust and high quality product development. Provide support throughout the manufacturing process of the electrical/mechanical system that they have designed.
The Lead Engineer, Hardware Design (Electrical) develops new electrical systems/circuits for various applications. Research system ideas and draw up plans for these systems, and capture them in schematics and system specifications. Test, simulate, validate and qualify their systems and make adjustments as needed
The Lead Engineer, Hardware Design (Mechanical) develops new mechanical systems/modules and maintains existing designs. Research mechanical concepts and create system solutions using 3D modeling and simulation software. Complete calculations and test, validate, and qualify their systems and make adjustments as needed.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Design, develop and implement technical solutions in two or more technical areas. Lead smaller projects and may coordinate with other engineers including reviews of their work.
+ Review and interpret customer documentation, conduct appropriate research, analysis and experiments with minimal direction from senior staff.
+ Creates technical proposals (solution and timelines) based on requirements.
+ Research systems ideas and will draw up plans for these systems
+ Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs.
+ Create designs in line with Celesticas procedures, regulations and customer standards
+ Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations
+ Solve complex problems
+ Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
+ Recommend system modifications
Electrical:
+ PCB layout Design, Schematic by using Allegro Candence Software
+ Participate in HW/Layout review
+ PCB stack up review
+ Work with the Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to ensure the design meets all requirements from an electrical performance and mechanical enclosure perspective.
+ Create and export manufacturing files ( drawing, gerber ) and review DFM/DFT with Manufacturing team
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ years experience of PCB high speed layout design using industry standard PCB design.
+ Experience with using Allegro Cadence software.

**Qualifications:**
+ Degree in Quality Management/Engineering discipline.
+ Preferably with 2-5 years of working experience in Quality Assurance role of any manufacturing industry
+ Knowledge and experience in ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001 standards, Quality Management System Audit, Manufacturing Process Audit, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), **Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP),** Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), 8-Discipline Methodology, 5-Why Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram Analysis and Design of Experiment (DOE) preferred.

We are seeking a seasoned **Thermal Management Engineer** with 10+ years of experience in **Surface Mount Technology (SMT)** electronics manufacturing. This role is pivotal in ensuring thermal reliability and performance of densely packed PCB assemblies, designing optimized heat dissipation solutions, and supporting product development from concept through production.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams (design, mechanical, assembly, reliability, test) to design and validate thermal solutions for high power, high density PCB assemblies (routers, switches, servers, AI accelerators).
+ Support the design and manufacturing teams to specify, select and manufacture the cooling hardware.
+ Lead the selection, specification and testing of thermal interface materials (TIMs), phase change materials, coatings, and liquid or hybrid cooling technologies.
+ Develop and refine thermal models to preform thermal and heat transfer calculations to define system cooling requirements and properties.
+ Support/lead thermal simulations (CFD, FEA) and empirical validation to insure design and hardware are delivering the desired performance and reliability requirements.
+ Collaborate with design, process, and quality teams to fulfil regulatory, customer compliance and industry standards with documentation and testing.
+ Support DFM and NPI efforts with a focus on thermal performance and manufacturability. Lead thermal risk assessments and contribute to DFMEA, FMEA and reliability planning.
+ Support root cause analysis of thermal-related failures.
+ Stay ahead of emerging cooling technologies and thermal/power management to support the company technology road mapping.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Strong understanding of heat flux, conduction, convection, radiation and cooling methods in densely packed electronic assemblies.
+ Proficient in using thermal simulation tools such us ANSYS Icepak, Cadence, FloTHERM, COMSOL.
+ Direct experience with SMT processes, PCB material stuck-ups, and thermal management methods including heat sinks, liquid cooling, TIM, liquid metals.etc.
+ Solid knowledge of IPC and JEDEC thermal testing and reliability standards.
+ Proven problem solving ability, strong communication skills and effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration across design, process and manufacturing teams.
**Preferred Skills & Certifications:**
+ Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
+ IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 familiarity

+ **Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as a resource to relevant union leadership and plant management personnel in determining the best selection process for training programs.
+ **Training Strategy & Implementation:** Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with new product and technology launches, encompassing processes, facilities, tooling, and equipment.
+ **Resource Coordination:** Coordinate the availability of training resources, including facilities, equipment, instructors (internal and OEM), and training materials.
+ **Product Specialist Group (PSG) & Launch Skilled Trades Specialist (LSTS) Program Support:** Support the PSG and LSTS programs by communicating roles and responsibilities, tracking essential training, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key resources.

+ Experience with project management

**Summary**
The Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process is responsible for designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing to achieve quality cost and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers products.
**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Review process, product and identify the new technology, new component, new process. Then provide a solution and development for the new component/ new process/ new technology for PCBA
+ Generate the library history of stencil design and PCBA for traceability
+ Work closely with the design team, customers, supplier, and CTH internal team.
+ Design tooling and develop the process to support the new technology or new process of PCBA assembly.
+ Work with CFT and customer on NPI development, process validation with FA lab technique to make successful transfer from NPI to mass production.
+ Other duties as assigned.

hadros Recruitment is working alongside an international Renewable Energy developer based in Thailand with an impressive portfolio of development-stage and operational assets across Asia.

They are currently looking for a Regional HSE Manager to join their rapidly expanding business, overseeing the development and implementation of its HSE policies and procedures in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, monitor and implement the company’s HSE policies, procedures and program across the region
- Develop relevant HSE procedures and templates in local languages, based on company procedures.
- Support the regions' Managing director, technical and operations managers in their HSE responsibilities for the region
- Ensure compliance by all project contractors to relevant legislation and Group HSE requirements, with the full support of project managers
- Qualify new contractors from the HSE point of view. Make sure the HSE performance of contractors is reviewed after each project.
- Review HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk assessments for the projects, & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with Group and local requirements.
- Conduct frequent and regular inspections of construction sites and maintenance operations to check compliance with the HSE plan and procedures.
- Identify potential hazards & recommend solutions at all stages of projects, including design review
- Monitor implementation of environmental mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases.
- Assist Project Managers in implementing improvement & prohibition notice to contractors and set up recommendation & corrective action.
- Lead investigations of incidents and issue-related HSE reports.
- Ensure proper HSE training of company staff, organize HSE promotion events such as World Day for Safety & Environment.
- Collect relevant information and report H3SE data.

Requirement:

- At least 10 years of professional experience in HSE Management.
- Must have experience managing the HSE of a large infrastructure project with a zero-fatality track record
