CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Lead cross functional continuous improvement activities to drive site C&S implementation process following Colgate microbiology and C&S quality standards.
+ Develop and implement a microbiological sampling and testing program of water, raw materials, work-in- process (WIP), environmental samples & finished products at the facility. This plan must be based on QS023.
+ Review and report accurate and reliable micro test results for all tested materials i.e. raw material, water, WIP and FG.
+ Ensure all testing is performed according to Corporate methods and policy and adheres to good microbiological practices
+ Ensures that the interpretation of data is correct and results are effectively communicated to appropriate individuals, including management.
+ Ensures that the appropriate microbiological resources, processes and methods are available to implement the site C&S program. Hygienic program & micro-related environmental control program for plant.Support Cleaning & Sanitization of all equipment both making & finishing.
+ In partnership with operations and engineering, develop and implement plant floor micro control programs based on C&S quality standard, Control Point Monitoring, Micro Susceptibility Index and Process Validation
+ Train and develop the laboratory staff using the principles of Coaching and Feedbacks as well as the Competency Development Map for Microbiology.
+ Develop & Implement microbiology training for plant floor management and operators.
+ Participate in internal audits and external audits (contract manufacturers & labs, suppliers, etc.). Function as part of the plant GMP and Quality team.

+ Participate in internal audits and external audits (contract manufacturers & labs, suppliers, etc.). Function as part of the plant GMP and Quality team
+ Manages all aspects of all functional responsibilities under own department as per the approved policy.
**EXPERIENCE:**
+ 3-5 Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience
+ 3-5 Years of Functional Experience
+ Position Specific Requirement, if any: 5 Years of Manufacturing Experience

**About the Role:** We are looking for an **Assistant Manager - Commercial Finance to act as a strategic Business Partner to our Customer Development Department (Sales).** In this role, you will go beyond the numbers-providing financial analysis & planning, actionable insights, and ROI analysis to drive sustainable and profitable growth for the company.
**What You Will Do:**
+ **Customer P&L Analysis & Strategy:** Continuously monitor and analyze Customer P&L. Provide financial leadership and actionable recommendations to the Customer Development (Sales) Team to ensure profitability objectives are met.
+ **Revenue & Margin Optimization:** Manage Gross-to-Net (GtN) processes and optimize promotional investments (Trade Spend) to maximize ROI and protect overall business margins.
+ **Drive Net Sales Value (NSV):** Partner with the Sales team to achieve and exceed targeted Net Sales Value (NSV) while strategically minimizing discounts, returns, and other profit leakages.
+ **Financial Control & Compliance:** Ensure the integrity of financial reporting, manage rebate accruals/settlements, and maintain compliance with corporate policies (US GAAP/SOX).
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering (FMCG industry experience is highly preferred).
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
+ **Technical Skills:** Strong expertise in P&L management, GtN, budgeting, and ROI analysis. Advanced MS Excel skills (Financial modeling, scenario analysis).
+ **Commercial Acumen:** You understand market dynamics and how the business makes money, allowing you to offer proactive solutions rather than just reporting the past.
+ **Communication & Influence:** Excellent ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders, with strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
