Position: Personal Trainer
Reports to: Site Manager
Working Hours: 5 Days/Week (8 Working Hours, 1 Hour Break) as per scheduled by Site Manager.
Site Location: Ying Charoen Market (BTS Saphan Mai)

Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible of transferring knowledge in a high-quality way that leads our members to physical and health-related success.
• Responsible of adding value to members in every aspect of your daily work by exceed customer experience, offer fuss free training and show great hospitality.
• Responsible of reaching PT sales targets.
• Treat our members with great hospitality to secure excellent customer service and fuss free training.
• Create PT sessions that are based on science and tried-and-tested experience.
• Create PT training programs that individually adapted and relevant for the customer.
• Follow up on KPI:s with immediate manager to ensure that the site reach budget targets in retention of members, NPS and other KPI:s.
• Follow processes and guidelines supplied by Management group/HQ and RM.
• Maintain good and professional cooperation with company partners such as property owners, janitors, suppliers and other partners.
• Always be a good role model and inspire other to be hospitable and work according to company values.
• Always follow AFF guidelines and routines.
• Support our members on site to enable secure training and great hospitality.
Qualifications:
• Relevant training or sports background.
• Relevant education within health or Personal training is preferable
• New graduate are welcome

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Japanese yoga teacher, or yoga teachers who can communicate fluently in Japanese, to join our team at Pavanar Yoga Studio. Our studio is located in Soi Sukhumvit 49, Thonglor, Bangkok ,an area widely recognized as the heart of the Japanese community in Thailand.
Because of this unique location, we would love to create a warm and inclusive space that welcomes Japanese residents living here in Bangkok. To do so, we are looking for teachers who not only have strong teaching skills, but also understand Japanese culture and can truly connect with our Japanese students.
Ideally, you are able to teach in both Japanese and English, or at least communicate comfortably in Japanese to build a meaningful connection with the community. We believe that yoga is not just about movement, but about creating bonds, and we hope to offer a place where our Japanese community feels at home.

About The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a wellness retreat on Haad Tien Bay, Koh Phangan. The resort has a semi-private beach, a vegetarian-friendly restaurant, a spa and many yoga classes. Guests come here to relax, enjoy healthy food, join yoga and Pilates classes, and take part in spa treatments and other activities.
What you will do
- Teach daily group yoga classes; sometimes you will teach private lessons.
- Watch students and help them do the poses safely.
- Explain breathing, warm-up and cool-down exercises.
- Encourage and motivate students.
- Inform guests about our activities (steam room, spa treatments, guided meditation, open-mic nights and other events).
- Work with our wellness team and help with small office tasks like attendance lists.
- Join social events and help create a friendly, community feeling.
What we need from you
- Thai nationality (important for our work permit rules).
- Yoga teacher certificate (Yoga Alliance 200-hour or similar).
- At least 3 months of teaching experience.
- Knowledge of breathing techniques, meditation and simple anatomy.
- Good spoken English. Many of our guests are international.
- Friendly and professional; able to work weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable living in a remote location without road access.

- Monthly salary starting from 20,000 THB plus 15,000 THB food allowance. (Please note the allowance is for on-site meals only. Any unused balance cannot be taken as cash.)
