Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Revenue Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive revenue by acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.
- Client Meetings: Set up and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to assess their recruitment needs, propose Adecco's tailored solutions, and close deals that contribute to revenue growth.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Regularly engage in cold calling and outreach to generate leads, introduce Adecco's services, and secure new business opportunities.
- Agile Sales Strategy: Implement agile sales strategies to quickly adapt to client needs and market changes, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to meet business and revenue goals.

- Revenue Growth & Targets: Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets by consistently bringing in new business and expanding your client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and maintain revenue streams.

The Recruiter is to attract, identify, select and hire contribution motivated individuals into the manufacturing and back-office operations for all Guardian entities which are in Saraburi, Rayong and Bangkok per our "Hiring at Koch".

What You Will Do
- Lead all aspects of full life cycle recruiting; partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, assess external/internal candidates against job profiles, and apply behavior-based interviewing techniques to assess for knowledge and cultural fit by Principle-Based Hiring (PBH) approach.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and use research techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Gather, analyze and present information related to the supply/demand of talent, the labor market and compensation hiring trends, to new sourcing avenues, and other relevant market data.
- Perform talent identification, screening, and evaluation, coordinate the interviews with hiring managers and other interview panelists. Coordinate the hiring process while being in constant communication with Hiring Supervisor, HRBP's, staffing agencies and head-hunters.
- Create an effective partnership with the business to source, recruit, and hire talent while providing an exceptional consumer experience.
- Develop and maintain partnerships across the HR team, customers, and key stakeholders (e.g., business HR, compliance, Supervisors, legal, etc.) to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives of the enterprise.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- At least 5 years previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and border labor market analysis.
- Contribution motivated person.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avature or SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environments, experience in recruitment for manufacturing and technical positions.
- MS Office proficiently knowledge.
- Proficient bilingual English and Thai.

- Reaching clients domestic or overseas.
