**POSITION SUMMARY**
Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Provide cashier services when working in facilities that include point of sales transactions. Assist when hosting private functions within the recreation facilities with group activities and events. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment and supplies.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Principal Consultants are responsible for winning sales and for managing project teams in large and/or complex projects. As a primary responsibility, you will support AFRY’s consulting activities in the energy sector for a wide range of clients including major financial investors, international developers, utilities, government, and regulatory bodies.

Job responsibilities

**Qualifications**:

- We undertake a lot of complex analysis, a good proportion of which is numerical - so we are looking for people with an aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis. This includes the ability to pay attention to detail and use MS Excel proficiently.
- Virtually all the work we do requires team working, so if you have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others within a project team and wider office environment you will fit in well.
- In addition, report-writing is a core part of our work and so we are also looking for the ability to explain complex information in a clear and logical way, in English, using both MS Word and PowerPoint.
- You will be working in a commercial environment against budgets and deadlines, so you will need to be able to think for yourself, be pro-active, and have a business-oriented mindset.

- Design the Event experience, ensuring a high level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needs
- Develop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring feedback is collated and incorporated
- Develop the longer term Event design alongside the Events Director/ Manager, using both customer feedback and innovative thought to develop and maintain the Brand as a market leader
- Support the Events Director/ Manager in the management of the Brand P&L, including successful delivery of complementary products including conferences and seminars
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all elements of the Event are in alignment to create successful event
- Negotiate with venues and suppliers together with Operations and Procurement for Event specific requirements
- Build relationships with key customers to understand both specific and wider market needs, feeding trends / issues back into Event strategy
- Develop deep industry knowledge through personal relationships and market analysis

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years’ management experience in a Brand / Product Event Management
- Significant experience in a developing brand and sales strategies with strong sales acumen
- Strong experience in managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures

- Ability to act as an independent, inspirational leader with charisma and energy
- Ability to develop relationships at senior levels and support the management of and interaction with high value customer accounts
