We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader specializing in solar project development and technical advisory services to serve as a Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME). + Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
+ At least 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar technical advisory, consulting, or project development.
+ Proficiency in solar modeling and analysis software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope. PVCase) is highly preferred.
+ Strong understanding of SCADA data analysis and operational performance assessments.
+ Proven experience in client engagement, writing technical reports, and leading complex advisory projects.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly to clients.

The Electrical and Control Engineer will manage the end-to-end delivery on electrical upgrades and controls and automation of large-scale capital project in GA B&W BU. Will drive the engineering masterplan for electrical systems and controls and automation aligned with the Unilever design teams.
Main Responsibilities
+ Leads design and delivery of electrical, controls and automation projects in GA B&W, especially the large scale transformation projects, and ensures company standards are followed.
+ On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of assigned capital projects adhering to Unilever standards and ensuring safety as our number 1 priority.
+ Provides technical expertise on electrical and control systems: SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, variable speed control, servo-motion control, etc.
+ Provides technical expertise in software modification and optimizing programming.
+ Participates in establishing BU-wide best practices and standards for electrical engineering and controls and automation.
+ Co-work with BU engineers such as packing, process, utility engineers on the equipment electrical and control system design and delivery.
+ Co-work with BG Engineering, site digital team and company IT team to build up the factory IOT network and digital system masterplan plan.

**Job Description**
+ Undertake site survey in conduction with other engineers.
+ Contribute to design development, design risk and mitigation and value engineering
+ Attend design team meetings as appropriate.
+ Liaise with internal and external Design Team regarding all relevant technical and other information.
+ Understand and work within the financial and programme constraints of the projects.
+ Understand the basis of fees and costs.
+ Understand own contribution and impact on projects and develop an awareness of the implications for projects through the project management system.
+ Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
+ Ensure quality, sound and efficient engineering design service being reflected in every project deliverable.
+ Attend site during construction phase if necessary to ensure construction is in accordance with specifications/drawings.
+ Identify and meet effectively the requirements and expectations of clients
**Qualifications**
+ Degree in Electrical Engineering
+ Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in consulting environment.
+ Have exposure to detailed design, design with contractors and on site experience will be an added advantage.
+ Ability to produce detailed design calculations and preparation of design drawings, specifications and information for electrical building services engineering systems for construction projects.
+ Worked in infrastructure projects, e.g. railway projects will be an added advantage.
+ willing to accept fixed term contract of 3 years.

**Job Description**
* Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
* Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
* Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
* Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignements.

With the success of winning projects across regions and increased demand from our clients for us to support the solar sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Project Engineer to join our professional wind team in Bangkok.- As a Project Manager/ Project Engineer, you will be working hand-in-hand across Mott MacDonald's Group to form large project teams and deliver on our global projects.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Manage multiple projects in line with clients' requirements and to solve the technical issues with supported data and analysis.
- Act as a focal point to liaise with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Communicate with management team and co-work with junior consultants for work allocation and collaboration.
- Accountable for project management leadership by attending meetings with clients, addressing technical issues, joining the site visits throughout the project's life cycle as well as support both clients and team members to deliver high quality of work with quality assurance.
- Involved in both technical and commercial work delivery and resolving with data-driven and analytical approach such as bids and proposals, reports technical review and checking, financial modelling, yield analysis, etc.
- Collaborate with local & regional team members; not only limited to the Wind team, but also with renewable and other sectors to enhance the capabilities of diverse and connected thinking to establish internal ‘delivery’ network.
- Proactively engage through the different stages such as green field, brown field, construction and monitoring and provide the best possible solutions through studies and research e.g. feasibility study, yield analysis, software simulation, performance ratio calculation, etc. together with different types of clients' work such as owner engineering and lender engineering, merger and acquisition, etc.
- Build the business portfolios through high quality of work and delivery with committed timeline through projects to achieve the ultimate outcome.
- Capture the market needs and establish the standard of commitment with clients through SLAs (service level agreements).
- Assure the project delivery is in line with business management systems (BMS) compliance
- With promising goals to develop the career's path, we will invest time in developing competency of our employees and you will have a fruitful working experience in working with global standard of work. Therefore, this position will be one of the key drivers of the organisation to strengthen the business' growth and to maintain the top-rank in the market. - Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field with high academic record.
- At least 5 years of direct work experience in handling Wind energy projects across East Asia region.
- Full proficiency in English is a must, especially in writing and speaking.
- High achiever and has strong track record of project delivery, project technical resolutions, customer engagement with quality assurance and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in business development and multiple stakeholders management.
- Experience in managing and leading multi-disciplined teams and capable to integrate team members core competencies to meet the setting goals.
- Strong leadership with self-driven as mid-level consultant to drive the team members to reach mutual goals.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project management expertise across wide range of engineering disciplines and knowledgeable in Wind market.
- Commercial-driven focus with the ability to identify and manage risk.
