RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will report to Sunsilk + TRESemme Global Brand Director based in Bangkok. We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager capable of leading projects for both Innovation and engagement. Main responsibilities in Innovation will include:
+ Leading the overall project management of Sunsilk innovation projects - Deployment of Global projects in SEA+I. Co-Lead strategic thinking, development and deployment of the global innovation toolbox with a view to execute them across markets.
+ Crafting and leading global projects that will land globally. Understanding and analyzing global trends and key competitive moment leading to development project innovation design and landing them in a well-developed innovation pipeline for the brand. Lead on-trend innovations with break-through science, build beauty mixes that drive desirability.
Main responsibilities in Engagement will include:
+ Act as project leader to deliver communication & engagement activities for a brand Core Plus with a strong focus on social first mixes.
+ Lead engagement activities for a key Core Plus including but not limited to project management, OTIF delivery on essential communication & content assets, adaptation of communication assets for key market airing.

**What We Need from You?**
+ Possess proven track record in leading and developing teams to drive results across the end-to-end value chain.
+ Possess Master of Marketing, business, or communication in your academic qualifications.
+ Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing or sales roles is desired.

+ Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment will be an advantage.

**MAIN PURPOSE:**

**Brand Strategy & Planning**
+ Support the development and execution of MH brand plans (Moet & Chandon and Hennessy), aligned with global MH Maisons' guidelines and local market insights.

+ Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the MH marketing team by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
**What you need to bring to this role:**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields (Master's degree a plus).
+ Experience: 2-4 years in brand management, trade marketing, sales or FMCG/luxury goods (alcohol, luxury lifestyle, or hospitality background preferred).
**Skills & Competencies:**
+ Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand building.
+ Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market and consumer data.
+ Project management skills with attention to detail.
