Civil Works

• Supervise demolition and reconstruction of pavements, curbs, approach slabs, and walkways.
• Manage hardscaping and landscaping, including RC walkways and grass planting.
• Oversee stormwater drainage works detention basin (~900 m³), outlet structures, and network installation.
• Ensure proper construction of wastewater systems including sump pits and septic tank foundations.
• Coordinate construction of covered roof walkway structures.

Structural & Architectural Works

• Oversee demolition and modification works of existing production and utility buildings.
• Manage extension of production building B.542 (~5,000 m² steel structure and roof truss).
• Supervise covered walkways, carpark extension (~1,300 m²), and new shelters.
• Review and coordinate modification of edge beams, cushion rooms, PCW room, and utility building changes.

We are seeking an experienced QS Engineer to join our construction project team in Phuket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget control, contract administration, and quantity take-offs throughout the construction lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

•    Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and tender documentation

•    Evaluate project budgets, construction costs, and monitor ongoing expenditures
